THE MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor there is a kitchen (with dishwasher), dining-room, large living-room with bay windows, fireplace, TV, video, toilet. Adjoining guest-room with twin beds, bathroom and cupboard space. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor: air-conditioned master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom leads to a wisteria-covered terrace with stunning views to the South-East. On the West side terrace, a ping pong table. On the North side, a glass-paneled, covered terrace for accommodation in case of wind or rain. A stunning wall painting of a great peony by Jo Self.
The main house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

- Gardener comes to tidy the garden and to water 3 times a week
- Housekeeping: 5 times a week,
3 hours a day - Cook on request

THE UPPER HOUSE
Lower floor: Room with double bed and bathroom with private, shaded terrace.
Ground floor: Drawing room (TV, Internet) with large, covered terrace facing the sea, small kitchen with dishwasher and room with double bed and shower, two rooms with twin beds and one bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned.

THE SWIMMING POOL
10x5 m with stunning views over the coast. Covered terrace on one side. Changing place with shower. The rest of the space is used for sun-bathing.
Under the swimming pool, there is a double room (with TV) and shower for housekeeper. Nearby is the laundry room.
